How much does surgery cost?
Average costs for the procedures Dr. Ambani performs are published in the table above, so you can plan before your first appointment. Your own quote is itemized in writing at consultation, once the procedure or combination, the surgical setting, and the time involved are settled. If general anesthesia is involved, facility and anesthesia fees are added to the surgical fee.
How do I get an estimate?
It is a conversation first. You and Dr. Ambani discuss goals, options, and whether a procedure is right for you, with no pressure to decide.

Yes. Shoshana Ambani Plastic Surgery works with Cherry, a third-party financing company that specializes in elective medical care, for monthly payment plans — you can see what you qualify for on the payment plans page. You apply directly with the provider, and approval and terms are set by them, not by the practice.
Does insurance cover any of this?
Cosmetic procedures are generally not covered, so plan for them as an out-of-pocket expense. A few procedures with a functional component — breast reduction and gynecomastia are the usual examples — are sometimes considered, and that is worth raising with your insurer directly before you plan. Coverage is their decision, not ours.
