What is breast fat transfer?
The procedure includes a donor site and the breast. Fat is removed, prepared, and injected in small amounts to support survival and shape.
Some transferred fat is naturally reabsorbed, so the final change is less predictable than an implant. Larger volume goals may require staged treatment or an implant. Fat transfer does not reliably lift a breast with significant droop.
