Focused Procedures
Not every concern needs a major operation. The procedures below now have individual pages so you can understand the goal, setting, recovery, and limits of each one.
A plan built around you
How Dr. Ambani helps you choose
THE EXAMINATION CONSIDERS
- Your primary concern and what is causing it.
- Your anatomy, tissue quality, health, and prior treatment.
- The tradeoffs in scars, recovery, maintenance, and risk.
HONEST GUIDANCE
Procedure names can sound interchangeable online. They are not. Dr. Ambani begins with the problem you want to solve, then explains which option fits and which ones do not.
Waiting or choosing no treatment remains a valid outcome of the consultation.

Common questions
Use these comparisons as a starting point. The individual procedure pages contain more detail.
Are all focused procedures performed in the office?
No. The setting depends on the procedure, complexity, anesthesia, and whether another operation is involved.
Do skin spots need examination first?
Yes. A new, changing, bleeding, itching, or nonhealing spot may need diagnostic evaluation rather than cosmetic treatment.
Do small procedures still have risks?
Yes. Bleeding, infection, healing problems, asymmetry, scarring, recurrence, and procedure-specific risks still apply.
Can a virtual consultation confirm the final plan?
A virtual visit can begin the conversation, but skin spots and final procedural planning require an in-person examination.
